WIGHTSIGHT Making a spectacle…

Have yourself a

Bou Chic Christmas For lifestyle, fashion and quality

Bou Chic is filled with beautiful things. It’s the perfect place for gifts or a special treat for yourself! From luxurious Christmas gifts and quirky stocking fillers; high quality clothes for every day or the party season; accessories and jewellery to complete your look; gifts for men; skincare; or desirable home ware and furniture. Whatever the occasion you’ll find something gorgeous, sparkly, cute, stylish and affordable that you, or your loved ones, will love.

Adrian Hughes, owner of Wightsight has been a Spectacle Maker for over 25 years and making over 200,000 pairs of glasses to order in that time. Having honed his skills working in-house at various opticians around the Island, he set up his own business in Cross St over five years ago supplying customers direct.

“Savvy customers know they should shop around to get the best value. Why pay a mark up to the opticians when you can buy direct from the spectacle maker himself?” explains Adrian. “Ours bring in the prescription from their opticians; select their frames; and leave the shop safe in the knowledge that their new glasses not only suit them and fit them perfectly but suit their budget too.”

Owner Barbra McGouran adds, “Since my wonderful baby girl arrived, the shop has temporarily taken second place, but we have recently relaunched with lots of new, pretty and unique items. I’d like to let everyone know we are still very much open for business, and wish all of our customers a very Happy Christmas!”
