Boardroom at The Water Club, part of Borgata Resort, Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, NJ

What’s New

In conjunction with the marketing team of the Atlantic City Alliance, the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority has developed a million dol- lar incentive program to attract new conventions and meetings to Atlantic City. The program is valid for events booking through 2016.

This program is available to new group or meeting business, or to groups and meetings that have not met in Atlantic City for three years, with arrival dates from 2013 through 2016. The event must generate at least 1,000 room nights at an Atlantic City property, and priority is given to midweek,

non-summer arrivals and departures. The program is for groups using either the Atlantic City Convention Center or individual properties.

Opened in spring 2012, Revel’s elegant curves and 47-story tower changed the Atlantic City sky- line and brought a new wave of excitement to the city’s Northeast Inlet section. The $2.4 billion resort features nearly 1,400 guest rooms, a retail shopping plaza, 12 restaurants - including four by famed Iron Chef Jose Garces, three clubs, a 31,000-square foot spa, two theaters, a 30,000- square foot meeting center, a 150,000-square foot casino and 90,000-square feet of outdoor hos- pitality space that includes a private beach, outdoor garden and cabana area.

Revel’s HQ Day Club opened Memorial Day weekend with swimming pools, cabanas, a DJ booth and dance floor, as well as cocktail and food service.
