Thinking ahead to summer? Getting ready for bikini season? or just want to get fit??
We’ve got some FANTASTIC classes to get you ready. Our diverse range of classes really has something for everyone; from a gentle workout to an all body sweat workout – we’ve got the class for you.
Check out our LesMills BodyPump This 60 minute workout challenges all major muscle groups by using weight- room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. The class is designed to improve strength and endurance and in doing so, burn calories.
We run 7 BodyPump classes a week over 5 days, so there’s a day and a time to suit everyone!
• Monday: 6pm and 8pm •
Tuesday: 8.30pm
• Wednesday: 7pm • •
Thursday: 6pm and 8pm Saturday: 8.45am
Or why not try our new ‘Sculpting’ class. We’ll be trying out this class for the month of April so make sure and let us know what you think! This class will run on a Thursday from 5pm-6pm.
