2013 Training Programmes
Participants receive: Coaching by qualifi ed Personal Trainer/Certifi ed Jog Scotland Instructor. 8 week detailed training schedule 10% Discount at Run4It, Bridge of Allan for the duration of the course Constant motivation and support Great Value at £75/Limit 10 runners
Learn2run Beginner-level 8 week 5K Training Program designed for beginner runners and those that are inactive and minimally active. Weekly practices are held from 9:30am-10:30am on Thursday mornings & 6-7pm on Wednesday evenings. First Practice: Thursday, April 18th @ 9.30am & Wednesday, April 24th @ 6pm
Intermediate Training Group A great ‘next step’ program for those that have completed our learn2run programme or can comfortably run 3 miles at the start of the programme. Weekly practices will be held on Monday or Friday mornings at 9.30am First Practice: Friday, April 19th @ 9.30am or Monday, April 22nd @ 9.30am
Girls2run Girls2run is a programme designed specifi cally for girls aged from 10-13 years old. The 8 week programme will teach life skills through dynamic, conversation-based lessons and running games. The programme culminates with the girls being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5k running event. First practice: Wednesday, April 24th @ 4.30pm
one2one One to one training or personal training is also available for general fi tness requirements or a lifestyle change or for those training for a specifi c event – to mark a milestone birthday or by running their fi rst 5k or 10k or perhaps a longer distance such as a half marathon or marathon.
