IN ADMINISTRATION (BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL)
COURSE LENGTH: 1 year (based on 3 days a week at College).
4 GCSEs grades E – G or above including English Language or equivalent. Screening for literacy and numeracy to achieve a minimum of Entry 3.
Externally set assessments (e-portfolio) and examinations.
Creating business documents. Welcoming visitors. Organise meetings. Handling diary systems. Communication with customers.
PROGRESSION:
Level 2 course (Junior Secretary) or Level 2 apprenticeship.
L2 LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE IN PRINCIPLES
OF BUSINESS & ADMINISTRATION (JUNIOR SECRETARY)
COURSE LENGTH: 1 year (based on 3 days a week at College).

4 GCSEs grades D or above including English Language or equivalent OR Merit or distinction at an appropriate Level 1 programme.
