ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:


4 GCSEs grades E – G or above including English Language or equivalent. Screening for literacy and numeracy to achieve a minimum of Entry 3.


ASSESSMENT:


Portfolio of evidence (paper or electronic). Scenario based assignments or on-screen simulations.

L2 LEVEL 2 DIPLOMA IN ICT


COURSE LENGTH: 1 year ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:


4 GCSEs grades D or above including English Language or equivalent. OR Merit or Distinction at an appropriate Level 1 programme.


ASSESSMENT:

5 GCSEs grades A* – C with a minimum of D in English Language and Maths at C OR Merit at an appropriate Level 2 Diploma including English Language at grade D and Maths at grade C.


Coursework and practical applications. Practical activities in IT workrooms and theory based classroom sessions.
