Special Events Family Fall Bike Rides
Enjoy an afternoon with the family on an excursion through the Village bike routes. All rides will be guided by a staff member. Make sure each rider has a helmet, water bottle, and a well-tuned bike. This activity is free, but registration is required. Please call 847. 960. 7460 to register your riders. Younger children can sit in bike seats or be pulled in bike carriers. Seven years is the minimum age for riders. We will not ride if it is raining or the pavement is wet.

Doggy Halloween Costume Contest Dress up your dog in their favorite Halloween costume and come to
celebrate this fun holiday with other dog lovers. Prizes will be given out for various categories which include: best overall costume, best owner and dog costume, and scariest costume. Please have all dogs on a leash for the event. In the event of rain, the make up date will be Sunday, October 28. You do not need to be a Bark Park member to participate. We,ve got Santa,s arrival, the lighting of the trees, and the holiday spirit all wrapped up!
When Santa arrives via fire truck at 6:00PM, you’ll help him ring in the season by lighting the Festival of Trees. Then join him for a snack, a photo opportunity, and a chance to remind him what’s on your Christmas list.

Sponsor a tree for $75 that non-profit organizations decorate! Trees will be on display throughout the month of December.

We need you to decorate the donated trees that will be on display throughout December. ALL PARTICIPANTS
Residents and spectators at the Santa Ride-In will “vote” for their favorite tree in the form of non-perishable food items that will be donated to the Lake in the Hills/Algonquin and Grafton Township Food Pantries.
