Parks & Recreation Facility Rentals
The Village of Lake in the Hills Parks & Recreation Department has a wide range of affordable facilities available to host your event.
From family picnics to fancy parties, one of our facilities is sure to be the perfect place to gather.

The large shelter at Sunset Park provides access to a multitude of recreational amenities, and seats up to 100 guests.
You can access a wealth of information from your online account, including activity history, household calendars, and past receipts!
To take advantage of these features, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to
www.lith.org 2. Click ONLINE SERVICES
3. Log in using your user name and password. If this is your first time using online registration but you have previously enrolled in a Lake in the Hills Parks and Recreation program, you should have an active account in our database. You will need to know your household ID number to gain access to register online. Household ID numbers can be found on any past receipt. If you have not previously enrolled in a Parks and Recreation program, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 847. 960. 7460 or send an email to
registration@lith.org during regular business hours. Staff will be able to enter your information into the database and provide you with the necessary login information to access the site within minutes.
4. Click the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of the page. From here you can view:
MY HISTORY, which will show you all programs you have registered for in the date range you select.
Groups of up to 140 fit comfortably in the Multipurpose Room in the lower level of the Village Hall.
The Village Hall Community Room accommodates 46 people for business meetings, presentations, or small parties.
HOUSEHOLD CALENDAR, where you can print a calendar showing all classes and events you have registered for in the date range you select. You can also import this calendar to Outlook, Google, or your iCal account.
REPRINT A RECEIPT, where you can print any past receipt for facility rentals or program registrations.
Show Your Support!
Shop local, and some of your sales tax dollars are returned to the Village.
Register your email address to receive emails with COUPONS and DISCOUNTS from participating Shop Lake in the Hills businesses.
Overlooking scenic Woods Creek Lake, the LaBahn-Hain House is the perfect setting for meetings, parties, or showers for groups of 50 or less.
