Youth Sports Parent & Child Golf
It’s fun learning for all in the parent/child golf program. This course will gently introduce your child to the game of golf. You will help your child learn the basics of putting, chipping, and the complete swing from a 2010 Illinois PGA Junior Golf Leader of the Year nominee. Parent participation is required in our fun, stress-free atmosphere. Participants should meet on the practice tee the first day of class. In the event of inclement weather, please call (815) 592-4340 for class status. Class fees are based per couple and includes time on the course. (4 classes)

Parents-N-Tots Gymnastics We coach parents on how to work with their children in the gym to develop strength, maintain flexibility, and inspire a love for physical activity. Emphasis is on fun & play with all gymnastic equipment. Co-ed class.
Preschool Gymnastics We directly coach the children while parents watch from the parents’ viewing area. Children explore all pieces of gymnastic equipment to expand their motor skills, strength, and flexibility. Emphasis is on fun & play independent of parents on all gymnastic equipment. Co-ed class.
Introductory Gymnastics Our basic introduction to the United States of America Gymnastics (USAG) Program. Girls will develop USAG Level 1 skills in the Olympic disciplines of floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault. Boys will develop USAG Level 1 skills in the Olympic disciplines of floor ex- ercise, pommel horse, still rings, parallel bars, horizontal bar, and vault. Slightly increased emphasis on condition- ing and potential involvement in higher-level gymnastics, but still a lot of fun!

Wanna Play Lacrosse?
In the Northwest Suburban Lacrosse Academy participants will learn all they need to know to play “the fastest game on two feet.” Teaching includes: the history of the game, positions, equipment, stick handling and rules of the game of lacrosse. Program fee includes a t-shirt. This class will prepare athletes for team and league play. Equipment is provided. (2 classes)

Fast and Furious Lacrosse League Play exciting 7 on 7 lacrosse! Fast moving lacrosse on a smaller field with lots of opportunity to get into the action! The 6 week session includes 2 practices a week and games on Sunday afternoons. All teams will participate in a season finale at the Fast & Furious Shootout Tournament in Crystal Lake! Lacrosse equipment, reversible jersey, cup and mouth guard are required. Equipment rentals are available at
