Youth Sports Lake in the Hills
5th & 6th Grade Girls Volleyball League Girls, come on out for this recreational travel volleyball league. We will be playing games on Thursday or Friday nights, along with games on Saturday mornings. Practice takes place on Wednesday between 5:00PM and 6:15PM. Fee includes T-shirt jersey, referee, gym time, and an award for each participant. Please note, we are always looking for volunteer coaches.

BASKETBALL WORKSHOPS TUNE-UP (PRESEASON)
Get ready for the upcoming basketball season by tuning-up your game with a combination of skills and conditioning drills. Each week will have conditioning warm-ups, skills, and scrimmages. Handouts will be distributed to parents on being a supportive to an athlete without overdoing it, along with general injury info for the players (RICE- Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), and some at-home exercises that can be done to continue growth and development. (6 classes)

CLINIC - CURE YOUR GAME (IN SEASON) Work out the colds and sicknesses (kinks) in your basketball game with an attention-to-detail approach. Each week will cover a specific session including: shooting, dribbling, lay-ups, defense, passing, agility, strength, and conditioning for athletes. This class is a great way to stay focused during the basketball season (6 classes) No class 11/9, 11/23.

Boys and girls gather for recreational/developmental basketball. Fee includes T-shirt jersey, referees, gym time, and an award for each child. Practices and games will take place at Hannah Martin Elementa- ry on Monday evenings sometime between 6:00 - 8:30PM, in one-hour increments. You will get a schedule with specific game times. We will have practices during the first few weeks and finish out the remaining weeks with games.

Fee includes jersey, referees, gym time, and an award for each child. Practices and home games will take place at Hannah Martin Elementary. Both boys and girls will practice on Tuesdays between 6:00 - 8:30 PM.
