In the last Sustainability Report issued, corresponding to the 2010 business year, Fluidra conducted a survey to find out first-hand what its stakeholders thought about it, both in terms of content and the information they would add or change in future issues. [4.16]
A direct poll was taken of a sample of customers and suppliers, whilst other stakeholders were free to take part if they wished. The response was satisfactory, with suppliers followed by customers being the groups that gave the bi- ggest response due to the fact that they were directly asked to answer the survey. Collaborating associations and em- ployees also responded but to a lesser extent.
The results obtained were positive, with a level of satisfac- tion of over 80% based on the information supplied.
ONCE YOU HAD READ THE REPORT, WHAT WAS YOUR OPINION OF THE DIFFERENT SECTIONS AND THE LAYOUT?
One of the areas in which those surveyed saw room for im- provement was the quality of information provided in the section “Dialogue with our Stakeholders”. We must therefore continue to promote our interaction with them in order to attain higher levels of satisfaction.
With regard to the items covered in the Report, another as- pect that was said to be satisfactory but that could be im- proved was its scope. It was suggested that in future years greater details could be given about those indicators that were of most interest to our stakeholders because of their direct link to the business and about the management ca- rried out. We are currently working on this.
