THE ROLDECK MADE EASY! Certikin has had huge success with its Starline Roldeck EasyCover – a solar powered above- ground Roldeck suitable for pool sizes up to 6m x 12m. It is fitted with a solar panel to utilise free and eco-friendly solar power and no additional power cables are needed. This allows easy installation of the cover on both existing and new pools.
Like any other Roldeck, the EasyCover has a programming function and benefits from fantastic battery capacity meaning it can run through the full programme 20 times without any solar energy charging (based on a slatted cover of 10m x 5m). In addition, the EasyCover side console also features an integrated connection for an optional battery charger. Certikin are also pleased to announce that Roldeck continues to make improvements with the addition of their unique foam filled ProFlex slats. These high performance slats are brand new to Starline and its UK distributor, Certikin, and are offered alongside the standard, highly popular PVC and HQ polycarbonate slats. The new slats are made of PVC foam according to the ISO 1183 standard. The main advantage is their excellent high insulation value – they have a U-Value of 0.186, ensuring minimal heat loss even on cold days and nights. The outside consists of high density PVC which provides a perfectly smooth surface making it very hard for algae to adhere so maintenance is minimal. Debris cannot get between the slats as these are connected by flexible joints. The ProFlex Roldeck cover meets the stringent French safety standard NF P90-308.

HEATSAVR LIQUID POOL QUALIFIES FOR AUTOMATIC STATUS
Heatsaver maintains that its liquid pool cover is the ultimate automatic pool cover.
The active ingredients in the Heatsavr liquid form a molecular layer over the water surface. Because this layer is only one molecule thick it can’t be seen but it is sufficient to suppress evaporation and contrary to a common misconception the water doesn’t have to be completely still for Heatsavr to work. It works to a greater or lesser degree depending on pool activity.
As Heatsavr fully biodegrades over time it has to be topped up daily and the required dose is based primarily on pool surface area. Heatsavr is added automatically by means of a programmable dosing pump which is set up to provide the optimum dose for the pool concerned at the same time each day. reservoir or day tank there is nothing for the pool user to do. Available to work 24 hours per day Heatsavr adjusts automatically to pool activity. The quieter the pool the more Heatsavr is working.
