Catalina Spas made a key price move when it put the Madi Gras swim spa on the market in the UK for just under the £10,000 mark and showed off the spa at SPATEX.
The 12 ft plus swim spa has two hp swim jet pumps and 18 hydrotherapy pumps and enough bench seating for 11 other people away from the swim spa.
The significant price of £9,995 takes into account that the two pumps use less power and are therefore more efficient to run. The spa also features a tiled swim lane, underwater light and an exercise equipment pack.

Artesian Spas continue to have success with the ‘TidalFit Exercise Pool’.
Artesian Spas introduced the semi in-ground TidalFit exercise pool last year. It’s the only exercise pool in the industry that has waterproof hardy board to half its height with additional bracing to allow in- ground backfilling. The internal pump system has been raised for easy access when servicing. Both the in-ground and original TidalFit models can be personalised to the specific needs of the customer. All TidalFit models have carbon fibre decorative strips presenting a stylish exterior. Internally, the TidalFit comes with a choice of either the Badu jet system or a high performance quad jet system with patented Variable Flow Control which allows the water current strength to be adjusted to meet the swimmer’s requirements. This provides an effect akin to a dimmer switch rather than a high or low option as with traditional swim spas. The TidalFit can incorporate a front grab rail to encourage first time swimmers and can be upgraded to include other unique innovations expected in an Artesian Spa.
