This doesn’t mean that you have to crash diet or throw yourself into a gruelling fitness regime, though – this kind of approach isn’t healthy and you’re at risk of injuring yourself. If you want to lose a couple of pounds why not consider joining a local fitness class? With a fast- paced dance class, for instance, you’ll be having too much fun to notice you’re burning off those calories. If you’re already a member of the gym take advantage of its classes or on-site personal trainers. Don’t forget beauticians, either. Pop into your local salon to see what sort of shape-up services they can offer you. Whether it’s laser lipo, inch-wrap loss or anti-cellulite treatments, a professional may be able to provide a quick fix.
