PRODUCT INNOVATIONS Lock up your product
Bell Packaging are pleased to further extend their range of standard sized locking ends. This unique design allows tubes to be locked securely. Available in round, square, rectangular and oval shapes, the tubes vary in size from a minimum 48mm x 48mm up to a maximum 85mm x 85mm. With minimum order quantities of 2,500 packs, these provide, says Bell, an economic solution with no tooling or origination costs. The end caps can be coloured and hangers added if required. In bulk production the tubing is supplied packed flat making shipping and storage very economic. Assembly is simple - by pressing the Jetran®
inserting the end caps the locking lugs locate into recesses in the Jetran®
tubes into the required shape and tube.
This makes the ends very difficult to remove and customers’ products are suspended in a secure location. Bell Packaging say their unique processes allow them to create packaging solutions for most products in PVC, PET and PP. They are customer focused and like to be challenged to create innovative packaging, and constantly invest in both their staff and machinery to ensure they can deliver a quality product at a cost effective price to customers - all within agreed lead-times.
