Sanctioned by the International Equestrian Federa- tion (FEI), the Canadian Show Jumping Tournament has secured two-time Olympic course designer Leopoldo Palacios of Venezuela to set the tracks in the grand prix ring.

Future grand prix horses will also be in the spot- light at this year’s Canadian Show Jumping Tournament as the Jump Canada Young Horse Series National Finals return to the Caledon Equestrian Park. In addition to showcasing the best young horses in the country, the Canadian Show Jumping Tournament will also put the spotlight on Canada’s next generation of human athletes, hosting the Eastern Regional Finals of the CET Medal for riders aged 21 and under, as well as the Eastern Canadian Final of the Jump Canada Talent Squad.

The Children’s Wish Celebration on Saturday, September 24, will fea- ture a luncheon with live and silent auctions, followed in the evening by the Children’s Wish BBQ and Dance. The popular ‘Ribbon Campaign’ will take place throughout the duration of the Canadian Show Jumping Tournament. By donating ribbons won, competitors can contribute their corresponding prize money to the Chil- dren’s Wish Foundation.

Spectators will have the opportunity to become a member of the Champions Club, offering enhanced view- ing pleasure in a relaxed club-like atmosphere. Member- ship to the Champions Club includes access to the Chil- dren’s Wish Celebration, as well as a VIP brunch on Sunday, September 25.
