Ingredients per person Wedge of Water Melon 50ml of Finlandia Vodka (or quality triple distilled brand) 25ml Sugar Syrup


Method


Slice the fruit from the skin. Muddle (bash) vigorously in a shaker until the fruit is well broken up, add the gomme (sugar syrup) and ice then shake well for a good coupe of minutes. To serve, pour through a strainer into a martini glass.


Ingredients per person 1 Lime


20 Mint Leaves


50ml Havana Club Rum 2 Teaspoons sugar


Method


Chop the lime into cubes, add them to the sugar. Mix them well and muddle (bash) the lime and sugar together. Add the mint leaves and gently muddle to bruise the mint. Mix in the crushed ice and pour the rum over the top. Mix well and transfer to serving glass. Finish with fresh mint leaves.
