Calbourne Classics stick to the tried and tested but will occasionally produce a speciality one-off.
Louise said: “We have been working with Red Funnel who have commissioned us to create a 150 year anniversary flavour.
“The result is Summer Madness - Raspberry and Honeycomb enrobed in clotted cream ice-cream. It’s delicious.”
Calbourne Classics supply to numerous hotels, restaurants, cafes and theme parks across the Island.
They also sell the ice cream from mobile vans, their farm shop The Dairy Deli and via the website of recently acquired Real Island Food Company.

Louise’s sister Jenny also heads up the business, and alongside mum Jill they have developed a full bakery range.
Treats include country cakes, tray bakes, scones, cheesecakes and clotted dream plus Isle of Wight yoghurt, speciality sausage rolls and pies.
Now the family firm is hoping to seduce a UK wide market.
They recently went into partnership with specialist Herds Manager Justin Birch.
The aim is to develop the number of cows on the farm in a bid to meet supermarket buyers demands.
Louise added: “Justin has moved to the Island specifically to expand our herd and move the business forward.
“He has many exciting plans for the cows.”
