No expense has been spared on making food the dish of the day. The striking and sophisticated Four Tides Restaurant, with its panoramic views, is the perfect spot to rekindle a relationship. Here you can treat yourself to delicious cuisine without a tired tot screaming away


at the next table.


Head chef Tristan Cole joined the hotel last year after stints at Claridge’s and several award-winning south coast establishments.


Supported by a team of 15 chefs, he aims to make the whole eating experience one to savour. Tristan revealed: “We have fabulous facilities here and there is no reason why we can’t become one of the finest places to eat on the Island.


“We source locally whenever possible and dishes regularly include Isle of Wight garlic, asparagus, sausages, pork and fish.


“I know that if people living on the Island came here to eat they would leave hugely


impressed and eager to return after experiencing what we are doing.”


The menu features starters such as smoked haddock fishcakes with lime mayonnaise and mouthwatering mains like rosemary studded leg of lamb.


There is a choice of juicy meats on the carvery or watch as fresh fish of the day is grilled in front of you. Succulent beef and pork joints are cooked in steel rotisserie ovens. Guests can also help themselves to crisp vegetables and dips from the tempting salad bar.


There are several a la carte dishes plus appetising vegetarian choices. Alternatively, sample the mesmerising Oriental Experience Dining option.


Watch and learn as a private chef prepares meals at your table using authentic ingredients. Tristan added: “Our menu changes every night and is completely revamped every four to five months.


“The excellent team we have here is capable and dedicated to producing the most amazing looking and fantastically tasting food.”
