Dear Fearful, First, let’s consider the source of your fears. Are they your fears or the fears of others? Take a look at the following fear based questions:
What do you fear?
Do they relate to your business, your career? Will you get that raise, contract

renewed? Does your boss like you? How about your family, friends, marriage? Will there be enough money for the kids to go to college? Will your spouse still love you at 45? How will your friends re- spond to the news of your divorce? What about society or cultural issues, world economy, world peace, getting through security at the airport?
We all have fears. Some are short lived – how am I going to get through this traffic jam and make it to my interview on time? Some are long term – will I have enough money to retire? Many are at any point in between. How often does fear limit you living your life? Do you find yourself responding to your fear vs. seizing the moment or following your passion? Are you often saying to yourself “if only”?
