hat is the best investment one could put in their home?
I believe any investment in your home that makes it comfortable and appeal- ing to you is always the best invest- ment. From a real estate value, kitch- ens and baths will get you the most monetary return, and make an impact on how you personally feel about your home. The kitchen is the center of fam- ily gatherings! It should be functional as well as attractive. Updating a counter- top or backsplash, adding a fresh coat of paint can make a world of difference in how you see your home.
Another update to consider is using your outside space. You can have a great area added to your home to gather and enjoy the outdoors with some simple changes. Update a drab patio to look like tile or flagstone, dress up outdoor furniture, add a patio grill, new landscaping, and the trans- formation can be tremendous.
