Kettlebells REP-MAXX

REP-MAXX Fitness Equipment provides intelligent weight machines that combine user-friendly software with an 8" color touch-screen to select weight and reps. The machine automatically loads weight (20 pounds per second), and the SMART Spotter can sense when the user starts to struggle. The machine releases a percentage of weight or specific amount (manual/auto mode), to keep the user lifting without strain. This concept allows users to maximize repetitions at the heaviest weight possible.

Power Systems’ CardioBarbell and Deluxe CardioBarbell sets deliver variable, dynamic resistance and cardio circuit training in one total-body workout that challenges every major muscle group. Features include a 51" steel bar with durable rubber coating, a comfortable grip, and threaded collars that spin on quickly and easily for fast weight-plate changes, but that also stay put for safety. They come in 2.5-pound, 5-pound, and 10-pound weights.

Kettlebells satisfy the demands of power-hungry athletes with an intense total-body cardiovascular workout that incorporates swings, snatches, lifts, and clean and jerks, while helping to develop strength, power, endurance, and dynamic flexibility. Power Systems’ Kettlebells are available from 10 to 100 pounds; vinyl- coated, color-coded Premium Kettlebells, which have a solid steel handle, come in 5-50-pound weights. Ultra Kettlebells offer a smoother finish and a larger handle, and are available from 10 to 100 pounds.
