Early voting starts Oct. 14 at the downtown Asheville location only, and on Oct. 18 at all other locations. Downtown hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mon.-Sat. and closed Oct. 16. Other locations’ hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Mon.-Sat.
