can get help they need by perusing Gary Keller’s popular Millionaire Real Estate Agent (McGraw-Hill,
$21.95). This paperback isn’t just a motivational marvel, it lays down the budget models and task standards that you will need to succeed in this challenging business.

And last, but hardly least, are the hard-working “fixer upper” folks who buy houses, improve them, and then resell them for profit. Rick Villani’s Flip: How to Find, Fix, and Sell Houses for Profit (McGraw-Hill, $21.95) simplifies this complicated enterprise by providing a step-by-step guide that covers every stage of the process.
