Deborah moved to Brevard County five years ago to start a new career in Residential Real Estate Sales. Her husband, David Tomczak, General Manager of Duran Golf Course, owned by the Duda family made it a great choice for Deborah to join Viera Realty, Inc., also owned and managed by the Duda family. Together they built a new home in Viera and have embraced the opportunities the community has offered them.
Education is important to Deborah; she continues to educate herself by completing accredited courses and programs to better serve the Real Estate market. She completed the Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and is currently working on the ePro designation, which focuses on Internet Sales and Marketing.
Deborah specializes in Residential Real Estate sales in Viera, Suntree, Baytree & surrounding areas. Her knowledge in problem solving, networking, marketing/advertising, customer service, and follow-up are her strengths.
