These classes give an opportunity for you to see the different breeds of animal up close and to find out from the experts how and for what purpose each type is kept and bred on the farm. This year sees a massive increase in the sheep section. Last year saw the introduction of a mini-farm which was hugely successful. Children could learn about young animals such as lambs, piglets, goats, rabbits, chicks and llamas and have photographs taken with them. Experts were on hand to answer any questions such as:- “Are they Llamas or long neck sheep ?”
