Q:
When I change my batteries on my SKY
remote it stops controlling the channels
and volume on the television. How do I
solve this issue?
If you replace the batteries within 10 minutes of removing the old ones, this
problem should not occur.
If however, you need to search your home from top to bottom to fi nd
batteries you will need to press the Interactive Button on your SKY remote
control, choose SKY Customer Service. Once you are in the SKY Customer
Service page there is a help topic which is entitled ‘Programming Your
Remote Control’. Simply following the instructions contained within.

getting SKY HD installed soon, will the SKY Magic Eye plug into
the new box okay and work in the same way, and will I be able to
record/view recordings via the SKY Magic Eye on my second television?
The magic eye feature is the same for all types of SKY Boxes, whether you
have SKY Digi Box, SKY+ or SKY HD). The magic eye allows you to control all
the feature of a SKY Box as if you were standing in front of it, so you can
record/view all programmes live or from the Hard Disk Drive.
