Gryffe Camera Club news
After another successful year the indoor meetings are coming to an end,
and the summer trips will be starting on 3rd June.
Val Crookston, President Gryffe Camera Club said, “We gained several
new members at the start of this session and their photography skills have
increased greatly - both the “B” prints and “B” digital section winners in the
recent Annual Competition were folk who only joined us last September.”

At the May meeting, a viewing of amazing photographs from The Swansea City
International Exhibition of Photography left the members of the Langbank Camera
Club gasping at the quality on show. Advertizer readers can also see this at www.

competition subject was ‘sport’ and Gary Ramanathan’s entry, see inset, took first
place.
The next meeting will be held on Monday 8th June at 7.30pm in the Langbank Church
Halls and Alistair Mcleod will present a slideshow entitled ‘Working with Ferries
at Home and Abroad’. The competition subject will be ‘bridges’ and some unique
