Procedure: Heat water and slowly add in Lucentite with increased over head stirring. Once Lucentite is fully dispersed add in Butylene Glycol and Polyderm PE-PA ED with continued overhead stirring. In separate beaker combine esters of phase B
and heat, once heated and dissolved add in Dermothix and stir until its dissolved. Add phase B (Oil) to phase A (Water) with high shear. Once homogenous add in powders and pigment of phase C (Colour). Cool, then add preservative.
