Procedure: Under mixing, add Carbopol Aqua SF1 OS into water of phase B heated to 70˚C. Prepare phase C and homogenise. Under mixing disperse phase C into phase B. Prepare phase A and heat to 70˚C. Under rapid mixing
(Rotor/Stator 3,000 rpm), add phase A to phase B+C. Maintain rapid mixing for about 5 min. Add phase D and mix rapidly for about 5min more. Cool under mixing and at about 35˚C, add the other ingredients. Complete cooling.

Procedure: Disperse Xanthan Gum into Glycerol Disperse AVICEL PC 611 into water ,then add Xanthan Gum +glycerol into mixture. Prepare premix phase B2 and phase B3, add into Aquous phase at 70˚C. Heat phase phase A and phase B to 70˚C
