Procedure: Combine ingredients of phase A, heat mixture to 70˚C. Combine ingredients of phase B, heat mixture to 70˚C. Under high shear mixing, add phase B into phase A and mix (~3,000 rpm) until completely emulsified. Cyclopentasiloxane
should go into the emulsion as it’s cooling down (approx 55˚C). TEA should be added towards the end of the cooling down phase, (approx 45˚C).
