Procedure: In a separate container, combine phase A ingredients and mix using a blender. Mix the powders three times to insure the colour is fully developed. In a large final batch container combine phase B ingredients and mix until uniform
and homogeneous. Next add phase C ingredient to phase B and mix until all ingredients are uniform and homogeneous. Add phase A pre-blended mixture to batch in small additions with continued mixing. The batch appearance is a heavy flowing powder. When batch is complete and uniform, transfer to suitable pans for pressing. Press samples using a hydraulic press at 150 psi.
