Procedure:Weigh out all the components of phase A and heat to 70˚C with stirring. Homogenise until uniform. Add phase B.

Procedure: Disperse the Sucrathix in the glycerine and add to water. Heat to 75˚C and then homogenise until completed hydrated. Heat phase B to 75˚C. Add phase B to phase A under a homogeniser at 75˚C for 10 minutes.
Move to a propeller stirrer and continue mixing until it has cooled to 30˚C. Add phase C followed by phase D and homogenise for another 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature using a stirrer.

Procedure: Start the propeller stirrer in phase A. Mix together phase B and slowly add into phase A. Increase the speed and height of the stirrer as the viscosity of the gel increases. Stir in phase C, followed by phase D.
