Procedure: Phase A preparation: disperse xanthan gum into glycerin, then add warm water while stirring at 600 rpm. Raise temperature to 70˚C, add MAS under slow stirring and let allow to swell for 1 hour. Add and disperse Cola®

into the previous blend with others ingredients. Add phase B into phase A, raise temperature to 75˚C. Heat phase C at 75˚C. Phase C is added to phase A+B under high stirring (3,000 rpm) during 30 min. Cool down to 60˚C and add phase D while stirring at 500 rpm. Cool down to 30˚C while stirring (350 rpm).
