Procedure: In main beaker, weigh phase A in a suitable beaker at ambient temperature. Sprinkle phase B onto the surface of phase A and allow to self-wet. Begin heating combined phase A and phase B to 80˚C with low speed propeller mixing. When

temperature reaches 80˚C, add phase C ingredients and mix well. In another beaker, weigh phase D ingredients and heat to 80˚C. Mix until clear and free of particles. Add phase E to phase D and mix well. Slowly add combined phase D and phase E to combined phase ABC and mix well. Add phase F to the batch and mix until emulsification is complete, increasing mixing speed as necessary. Begin cooling batch to 25˚C. At 25˚C, package in suitable containers.

Procedure: In main beaker, weigh phase A. Slowly heat to 40˚C and mix until the Dissolvene Na2 has dissolved. Discontinue mixing and heating. Slowly sprinkle phase B onto the surface of the water and allow to self-wet (15-20 minutes). Using low

speed propeller mixing, begin heating combined phase A and phase B to 80˚C. At 80°C, add phase C ingredients and mix well. Maintain batch temperature at 80˚C. In another beaker, combine phase D ingredients and heat to 80˚C and mix until clear. Slowly add phase D to the batch and mix for 15 minutes or until emulsification is complete. Add phase E and mix well, increasing mixing speed as necessary. Begin cooling. At 25˚C, add phase F and mix well. Package in suitable containers.
