Procedure: While heating the water to 75˚C, slowly add the VANATURAL and VANZAN NF sequentially or as a dry blend while mixing at maximum available shear. Mix until fully hydrated. Maintain the phase A (water) temperature at 75˚C.
Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 75˚C. Add phase B (oil) to phase A (water) and mix thoroughly. Cool with mixing; add phase C ingredients when the emulsion is <30˚C and mix thoroughly.

Procedure: Slowly add the VEEGUM Ultra and VANZAN NF sequentially or as a dry blend to the water, agitated at maximum available shear. Mix until fully hydrated. Please review our Preparations of Dispersions trifold. Then add the propanediol.
Mix phase B and grind if necessary to break apart agglomerates until homogenous. Add phase B to phase A with mixing. Mix until uniform. Blend the phase C (oil) ingredients and continue mixing until transfer. Add the phase C to phase AB with good agitation; mix until uniform. Add phase D and mix until uniform. Switch to low shear mixing and cool while mixing to ~30˚C. Add phase E and mix until uniform.
