C. Vision presents Midwest Regionals DVD

CB&Q, FEC, and Strasburg in June from Morning Sun

Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Fa- cilities in Color, Volume 2 presents a look at depots and structures along the Hannibal Division. From St. Louis across Missouri, Dr. Art Peterson and P. Kent Hannah guide readers along this section of Burlington Route’s sys- tem with color images and supporting facts and information.

Sorted by decade from late steam days to now, Florida East Coast Rail- way in Color by Bill McBride is Morn- ing Sun’s first book on this railroad. A history of the road, rolling stock sec- tion, plus many pages of motive power are present in this 120-page effort. Among the first steam-powered

tourist railroads more than 50 years ago, Strasburg Rail Road remains a popular subject for railfans. Kurt Bell and Jeremy Plant’s Strasburg Rail Road in Color features a comprehen- sive history of this Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, short line. Illustrations take the reader back to the road’s earliest days and to present-day operations.

Morning Sun’s rail history publi- cations are hardcover 8½ by 11-inch titles, with dustjacket, featuring color photography that retail for $59.95. The publisher also produces eBooks on railroading available to purchase and download from its website.
