The Depot is Built-&-Ready from Woodland Scenics
MULTI-SCALE — Woodland Scenics plans a July release for its new Built- &-Ready Landmark Structures series model, The Depot. The new structure will arrive in HO (MSRP: $99.99), N (MSRP: $64.99), and O (MSRP: $169.99). Woodland Scenics’ new de- pot will recreate a classic-looking whis- tle stop suitable for a variety of eras. The model will have clapboard sid-
ing, weathered cedar shake roof, cov- ered outside passenger waiting area, and modeled interior that will include a clerk figure at a ticket window. Exte- rior details will include lamppost, train schedule board, luggage carts, bench- es, semaphore signal, pigeons perched on the roof, and more. Woodland Scenics’ HO- and N-scale releases will include factory-installed
warm-white LED lighting equipped with a Just Plug Lighting System-compatible plug. For the 1/48 scale edition, O-scal- ers will have a trio of factory-installed LED lights that will also be compatible with the manufacturer’s Just Plug Light- ing System.
