Manchester to Atlanta and New York
We’re happy to say that from this summer, your customers will be able to fly direct from Manchester to Atlanta and New York.
Atlanta
Thanks to our partnership with Delta Air Lines, Virgin Atlantic will begin flying daily between Manchester and Atlanta from 29 March. And from 22 May, Delta will be launching a new daily service between Manchester and New York JFK. These are really popular, important routes, so it’s great news for customers based in the north west.
Open the gateway to the south and beyond
Atlanta is not only a great destination in its own right, it also opens up a whole world of possibilities for onward connections in North America. It’s the busiest airport in the world, and the main Delta hub, giving your customers access to over 200 additional connections across North America. And it’s perfect for connecting onto destinations in the southern States.
If your customers are heading to Atlanta itself, there’s plenty to see and do. ‘A-Town’ is the birthplace of Martin Luther King Jnr and a trip to the museum in his name is a must. Alongside its historic civil rights roots, this vibrant college city is also packed with shopping megamalls, upmarket restaurants and bars and new attractions like the World of Coca-Cola and Georgia Aquarium.
New York
The East Coast. Direct from the North West
London to New York is one of our most popular routes with leisure travellers. It’s a classic ‘long weekend’ destination, but if your customers are based in the north of the UK, it’s not always convenient to fly from our capital city. So we’re delighted that it’ll now be even easier for them to jet off for a few days in the Big Apple from even closer to home.
