of the destination. There is a misconception that Seychelles is unaffordable but we have a lot of guest houses and self-catering properties that can give nice budget holidays. When booking clients travel agents should try to put in special packages and offers. When we have our roadshows we see the positive reaction of agents when representatives of some of our more affordable properties talk about what they can offer. These places offer real local fl avour and experiences. The fact is that we offer across the board properties covering every option from guest houses to fi ve-star de luxe. Some people mix both across two or three islands ending their stay with an indulgent few nights in a fi ve-star resort. Agents should realise how easy it is to visit different islands by scheduled fl ights or ferries. When we’re training we often hear agents says ‘wow, I didn’t know it was so easy’”.
