The 2015 Tri-Nations Butchery Competition will see Team GB sharpen their knives and take on Australia and New Zealand in front of a live audience at the Great British Kitchen stage on Wednesday 25 March at 10am as they showcase their butchery skills. David Lishman, who will head up Team GB again this year, says: “IFE is an ideal and high-profile stage for this year’s selection process. Today’s British butchers are extremely talented and regularly demonstrate their abilities at regional and national cutting competitions. But it’s the Tri- Nations competition that gives us the opportunity to illustrate these talents globally.”
