The Vincent Café and Cocktail bar, expected to open in Liverpool’s Exchange Flags this May, would like to recruit sushi chefs. Applicants will have at least two years’ experience in fish and sushi preparation. An informal recruitment open day will take place on 30 March at the Liverpool Malmaison.
