Milroy’s of Soho


Venerable London whisky shop Milroy’s of Soho relaunched last month as a whisky specialist, shop and – via a secret door in a bookcase at the back of the shop – basement cocktail bar. It has been taken over by Martyn ‘Simo’ Simpson, who has promised to breathe new life into the brand.

The Real Greek


The Real Greek opened its seventh London restaurant in Soho’s Berwick Street earlier this month. The new 1,716 sq ft restaurant is adjacent to Oxford Street and will serve hot and cold Mediterranean meze dishes, giving guests an authentic taste of Greece.
