Co-op Employees Join Forces for a Special Day 45th Annual Special Olympics Oklahoma Summer Games

opportunity to volunteer and he said, "I'll go back any time they let me," but he may be in for a bit of a wait. OEC sends four volunteers each year, but the event is so popular a random drawing has to be held to pick the lucky four. Some employees love the games so much, they take personal leave just so they can be a part of it. "It's one of the best things I do


each year," said District Lineman Danny Watters, one of the employees who regularly schedules vacations around the games. "I have a great time visiting with the athletes. We see some of them every year and even know them by name. T ey are a blessing to me personally."
