Notice to File Candidacy for OEC Board of Trustees T e members of Oklahoma Electric Cooperative Districts 2, 4, and 8 are hereby


notifi ed that pursuant to Article 3, Section 3.07 of the bylaws of Oklahoma Electric Cooperative, as amended, any member desiring to run for the offi ce of Trustee from the district of his/her residence must fi le a written Notice of Candidacy on a form provided by the cooperative on June 16, 17, or 18, 2014, inside the cooperative headquarters at the offi ce of the manager, 2520 Hemphill Drive, Norman, Okla., between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on one of those days. Only members fi ling Notice of Candidacy and Intention to Stand for Election during the time period stated above shall be eligible for election at his/her District Meeting. Persons desiring to fi le for offi ce of Trustee must obtain forms at the cooperative headquarters, 2520 Hemphill Drive, Norman, Okla. No nominations from the fl oor can be accepted at the District Meetings. T e


bylaws provide written Notice of Candidacy must be fi led inside the headquarters of the cooperative with the manager or his designee, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the fi ling period, and the fi ling period shall offi cially close at 5 p.m. on the last day of said designated fi ling period. Patrick & Kelley Grace OEC's VP of Engineering Patrick Grace is one


half of a power couple. He and his wife, Kelley Jennings Grace, a CPA/Tax partner at Eide Bailly CPA fi rm in Norman, were recognized by the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business with this year’s “Recent Alumni Award of Distinction.” T e award is given to Price College graduates who


have distinguished themselves in work and in life. Patrick is president of the Citizens Advisory Board, vice chairman of NRECA's transmission and distribution engineering planning committee, and vice president of the Oklahoma Power and Communication Association. Kelley is the chair elect for the Norman Chamber


of Commerce, United Way executive board member, and winner of the Oklahoma Society of CPA's 2012 Trailblazer award. On Mother's Day, the Graces celebrated another success: the birth of their fi rst child, Jennings JW Grace.

Tory Tedder-Loffl and was named as one of Norman NEXT's "NEXT Under 40" along with a dozen other young professionals at the April 17 Norman Chamber of Commerce annual meeting. Norman NEXT is a program of the Norman Chamber of Commerce for professionals 21-40 years of age. Tedder-Loffl and co-chairs NEXT's Community Activism team, which promotes connections between young professionals and local social service organizations through volunteerism. Tedder-Loffl and was also honored to accept


an award of merit bestowed upon the OEC News magazine for "Best Overall Content" from the Oklahoma Association of Electric Cooperatives at the April 7 OAEC annual meeting.
