The judges felt that the brand’s good geographical spread, unique product offering, consistent service and high attention to detail made Malmaison a worthy winner.


The judges were impressed by the winner’s excellent instinct for providing the right product for the right market. They commented that Mercure is easy to deal with and has a great range of properties in key UK cities as well as worldwide.


The awards submission by this high-service brand demonstrated an ability to be unique within the scope of its portfolio within the sector and showed that Hyatt’s products and services are clearly aimed towards the corporate traveller.
