The choice of shower heads and hand showers is immense and covers everything from pencil-slim hand showers to LED illuminated, recessed drencher shower heads. And it is showers that can make or
break a bathroom – especially the master en suite. You could even go one better and install a wet room. “Wet rooms feature heavily in
magazines and with the consumer expecting a wet room to cost them in the region of £10,000, there is a real opportunity for the housebuilder to give the consumer what they are looking for while making a healthy margin in the process,” explains Richard Hill, company director of the Nicholls & Clarke Group. “The reality is that you can replace a traditional en suite shower enclosure with a wet room with an additional spend of only £250. The perception that a wet room would blow the budget is incorrect; it’s a genuine must-have feature and one that offers the developer a healthy profit.”
If you still think that a wet room is too complicated then fear not, help is at hand. CCL Wetrooms shares

It really is an issue that is only going to get bigger. As such, housebuilders need to take stock now by including the latest water-saving solutions in their bathrooms.
