Sales restructure for BSH BSH Home Appliances has announced a change in the structure of the BSH UK sales division. The new sales structure will allow BSH to deliver a better level of service to customers, according to their specific needs, and clearer execution of brand and channel strategies. Going forward, the sales teams will be multibranded and represent the Bosch, Neff and Siemens brands. The Gaggenau brand will remain unaffected by the restructure. This multibranded approach will see the responsibilities of the sales teams differentiated by two newly formed channels of ‘Kitchen’ and ‘Retail’, rather than by brand. CEO Michael Steinle commented: “In combining the strength of our brands with the strength of our sales teams we will be able to deliver a better level of service to our customers, and their relationship with BSH will be stronger than ever before. We would like to thank our customers for their business with BSH, and look forward to an even more successful partnership.”

Sponsorship from Knauf Insulation
Knauf Insulation paraded the streets of London in The Lord Mayor’s Show, celebrating ‘merchanting through the ages’ as part of the Worshipful Company of Builders’ Merchants float. Knauf Insulation sponsored the insulation section of the float and, as the procession featured models dressed as a variety of building products, Knauf
Insulation created two loft roll insulation characters to promote its product benefits to spectators. John Sinfield, managing director Northern Europe at Knauf Insulation, said: “Knauf Insulation is a major supplier to thousands of merchants across the UK and we recognise the importance of upholding strong relationships with our customers. Therefore, we were excited to be a part of this year’s Lord Mayor’s Show, joining fellow members of the Worshipful Company of Builders’ Merchants, to recognise Britain’s builders’ merchants and the contribution they make.”
