Welcome to Explore
Welcome to Explore’s 2014 Family Adventures brochure. Within these pages you will fi nd a huge array of exciting adventures, offering something for every member of the family.
As always, this year’s collection features some of our fi rm family favourites including Spain, Italy and Croatia, as well as some of the more the far-fl ung but ever popular locations such as Thailand, India, Vietnam and Borneo. For 2014, we are welcoming Latvia, Belize, Canada, Malta and Gozo, France and Slovenia to our family collection, and are expanding the number of tours on offer in popular destinations such as Turkey and Sri Lanka.
To us, a holiday is something that everyone should be able to enjoy, without compromise or sacrifi ce. What makes our family adventures so unique is that we offer something for everyone, no matter what their age, interest or ability. All of our tours are packed with different activities - whether they be cooking or archery lessons, meeting the locals, white-water rafting trips, bike rides or even snorkelling – there’s really enough to entertain the whole family.
The secret formula to the success and popularity of our family adventures is our tour leaders. Our leaders are passionate, seasoned travellers who have expert local knowledge and a fl air for family fun. Travelling with such enthusiasts allows our groups to fully immerse themselves in the local cultures, get off the beaten track and experience the places that the locals love the most.
To fi nd out more about our own family adventures, please turn to pages 10 and 11 of this brochure. I hope you love what you see and I have no doubt that you’ll fi nd lots of ideas to inspire your family. If you have any questions about booking your next adventure, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
