SADDLEBACK Saddleback has been in the game since 2004, supplying elite performance products from the start. The range now features Felt, Castelli, BONT, ENVE, Ceramic Speed, LeMond and more.

Amongst the biggest players in the business, Zyro looks after own brand Altura, plus high profile signings Met helmets, Abus, CatEye, SQ Labs, Magura and many more.

EXTRA Extra is a bike show regular, notably at Core Bike, using the events to brings its brands – like Ergon, Cane Creek, Fizik, Brooks and many more – to the attention of the trade and consumers.


MADISON


Whether it is the omnipresent GoPro or backing for Madison’s new helmet brand Lazer, the distributor’s marketing efforts are far reaching, backed by a newly revamped consumer site.


PALIGAP CNP, Trail-A-Bike and bluetooth specialist Cardo Systems are among the latest additions to a range that includes Saris, Cycle Ops, Ritchey, Mio, ABD and Biologic, among others.


UPGRADE BIKES Last year’s winner hasn’t rested on its laurels, we hear, exhibiting at London Bike Show and Cycle Show, as well as Mountain Mayhem, Scottish Bike Show and multiple others – with rider support and print and online campaigns.


WINDWAVE Recent new brands for Windwave include Dainese, Nilox and Morgan Blue, joining BBB, Gravity, Nokon, Vision, Ice Toolz, Dainese, FSA and ASZ.


ZYRO Altura’s marketing has moved up a gear, not least with backing the Velo29 events this year. Other key brands like CatEye, Abus, Camelbak and Panaracer benefit from the experienced marketing team.

SEVENTIES The BMX specialist stocks Cult, in-house brand Federal, Subrosa, Kink, Fiend, KHE, Banned and many more from the sector. Seventies won the first Specialist Distributor award last year.


CONSUMER PRINT THE ALBION


Independent BMX mag The Albion has been on the shelves since 2011, going from strength- to-strength – launching in the USA and Canada and hitting 30,000 views for its back issues in three weeks.


CYCLING PLUS C+’s Bike of the Year accolade is keenly noted by the industry and consumers alike. The mag recently breached the 50k monthly readership mark with print, tablet and digital editions.


CYCLING WEEKLY A stalwart of the cycle media scene, Cycling Weekly recently launched a ‘golf handicap’ style rating system for riders. It also grew its Sportive Series this year to seven events.


CYCLIST Launched last summer, Dennis’ Cyclist mag has surpassed its expectations, appealing to an ‘executive’ audience, priding itself on finely crafted design, photos and words. Print alone is hitting 13,000 a month, within a year of launch.


SINGLETRACK Praised for its honesty, enthusiasm, high production values and independence, Singletrack’s quality MTB-focused mag has previously picked up a BikeBiz Award or two.


ROULEUR It’s been a big year behind the scenes with the Gruppo Media takeover and there are exciting plans in the works, but that’s not distracted the team from producing Rouleur’s unique take on a magazine about cycling.


WOMEN’S CYCLING Another new entry into the lively cycle print mag sector is Women’s Cycling from Wild Bunch Media. The mag is pitched at women who’re cycling for fun or taking it up for the first time.


CONSUMER ONLINE BIKERADAR


A titan in this space, BikeRadar.com is the key face of Future’s cycle portfolio alongside CyclingNews.com. Unique users are upwards of two million per month.


MPORA Pooling BMX and MTB content alongside skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding and motocross, MPORAis Factory Media’s central online destination.


ROAD.CC This road-focused offering recently bolstered its editorial line-up with regular contributions from media stalwarts Stevenson and Worland. road.cc may have awkward capitalisation, but it has earned many a BikeBiz (and LCC) Award.
